Serving are slow, no one inform us that we need to wait 1hour for the food due to the queue.

We can't sit freely, been ask to move table 3 times.

The waiter/waitress doesn't even remember our order and we need to keep reminding them.

The owner even worse, he don't even apologize when we complain about the service and serving time.

The food also not nice, it is cold and...

Almost everything went wrong. We had to wait nearly 1,5h for the food and it didn't come complete, we had to urge it several times. The fish was burned with no taste, calamary was OK. The payment was not easy too as the unpleasant boss was trying to charge more than his staff promised when ordering. We have noticed some other customers to complain about...
