Best Lamb Satay in Town. Yes, lamb, not goat nor mutton. Came from a year old sheep or Biri-Biri in our local tongue. Located on Melawai area, there are some street food stalls across this restaurant. So parking is very limited.

One portion of lamb satay is 9 sticks not 10. Weird number. Must have their satay celup or Tegal style (non celup). Came with scorching hot iron plate to keep your satay warm. Satay was so tender and juicy, just a perfect little bit of gaminess that I liked.

For sides usually I ordered gulai domba as well and or tongseng. Lamb clear soup is another option. Drink hot tea no sugar to wash the lemak down. Ask for more kecap cabai or extra peanut sauce to enhance the flavor even more. Chicken satay was good also if you can't eat lamb for...

I think it's one of the must go satay dinner place in South Jakarta. I ordered Sate Kambing, Domba, and Ayam and my most favorite is Ayam and Kambing. Daging Kambing usually had the distinct smell that most people hate, but this one doesn't smell at all. The meat was tender and juicy!!

I had both 'tegal' and 'celup' sauces, tegal had more savory and salty taste, but celup more of like sweet and savory. For Kambing, I think Tegal is the bet choice. But for celup, in my opinion go with the Chicken or Domba.

One of the best-tasted sheep-satay in Jakarta. But not the Nasi Goreng. In my opinion, avoid any of them.

Though came in small shape on each skewers but the meat was so tender and easy to chew (at least to my standard). You may choose meat only or with fat/tallow for each serving.

They also came without sauce or ketchup. Meaning you have to create your own preferable sauce with available ingredients.
