I would describe my experience to be mid at best, disappointing at worst (for the price).

We came for their jazz performance and booked a table via WhatsApp where we had to pay a 100k deposit which was to be later deducted from the final bill. That was fine and understandable but what was a bit annoying was that our table was right next to the band leading my family and I to barely have space to walk in and out of our booth. When we asked our waitress if we could move to the other empty tables, it was not possible as they were all booked with “regular guests who booked specific tables.” Why even book guests to sit at the worst table right next to the band? We wanted to watch the show not be part of it. Additionally a waitress came to the table and suddenly told us that there was a 35k per person fee for the music despite it not being mentioned in the WhatsApp messages earlier when we asked. Thankfully we did not end up getting charged for this.

These incidents really threw my family’s experience here as it led to a bad taste in our mouths. Hopefully management can provide their staff better training to make sure guests feel comfortable. The meal was great (not a bad value for its price) but sadly our experience could...
