I came the restaurant at 12:02 pm during Ramadan, so it was empty. After ordering tea and nasi bebek, things quickly went downhill.

The tea arrived in a glass tainted with brown gunk, a clear sign of negligence in cleaning. When I complained, the waiters responded carelessly "it's just like that."

By 12:20, my main dish was nowhere in sight, while the staff stood around gossiping instead of doing their jobs. I asked them to check my order at 12:37, only to be told my order hadn't even been processed due to some mistake. not sure what are they doing remembering I was their only guest and they mistaken my order.

they had the audacity to ask me to wait another 10 minutes? after they wasted my lunch break time 😂 I refused to waste more time and asked the bill for my overpriced tea.

bad service. not worth the price. not flexible at all. came with family for lunch and we were the only ones there. there was only 1 table available because they said others were used for preparing hampers and such. we felt that the AC was too strong and too cold, so we asked if they could turn it down a bit. and they said they couldn't since it was central-controlled. no solution was offered. we asked if we could move to a room, they said it wasn't available because the room was booked for iftar (which was still 5 more hrs later). we realized we ordered too many portion of rice. it hadn't been served yet, so we asked to cancel and take it out, but they said we couldn't.

Strolling around the city, me, wifey and daughter were looking for a restaurant with outdoor seating for Sunday lunch and ended up in this one. They had a small outdoor section with only 4 tables. Quite ok. But then the big rain with strong wind came, we had to move cause it was getting wet from each open side. We tried nasi jambal, soto daging kecombrang' and nasi bebek kecombrang. Oh, and also sate ayam maranggi. All of them are great!! It's a little bit pricey but totally worth the taste. We also loved the Cendol Latte, the cendol is so smooth with well balanced mixture of espresso and milk. Overall good dining experience. Only, the parking space is so limited.
