I usually eat this ramen brand at Kota Kasablanka and just found out recently that they also have an outlet in Lotte. Strangely enough, some of the photos or reviews are the ones in Kota Kasablanka, so maybe some people got it mixed up. Both outlet provides the same quality of food though, so it's good that they kept their standard.
The recommendation would be to order the Spicy Tonkotsu Chashu-men (four cutlet of meat rather than two). If you can't handle spicy food, just order the regular Tonkotsu Chashu-men. No need to bother with the Tori-ramen (chicken), why would you do that if you're already in this restaurant? Unless you don't eat pork, of course.

Came during weekend for lunch and we were on waiting list. Place has many seats, but kinda cramp from one table to another. Food came out fast despite crowded back then. Had the Udang Ramen (IDR 73k), not fishy at all. I love the broth it has a nice seafood taste but not fishy or smelly. The broth is on the lighter one compare to their specialty.
The tsukemen (IDR 110k), so the noodles and the super thick soup are separated. The broth is more like a sauce texture, dense , but delicious. Dip the noodles with it and it gives a nice pairing.
Had the karage and gyoza for sides, the karage is actually quiet nice, crispy batter, the chicken is oily though.
Overall, Menya sakura is worth to try, and perhaps on repeated schedule if I'm craving...
Read moreMenya Sakura is a ramen restaurant that truly delivers on authenticity and flavor. From the moment you step inside, you are transported to a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying a delicious bowl of ramen.
The menu at Menya Sakura is filled with a variety of ramen options, but the standout dishes are definitely the original and spicy tonkotsu ramen. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of pork flavor, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. The spicy version adds an extra kick of flavor that really elevates the dish to the next level.
But the goodness doesn't stop there. Menya Sakura also offers a delicious milk tea that is the perfect accompaniment to any bowl of ramen. The tea is creamy and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness to balance out the savory flavors...
