It's been a while since I was last in Vietnam, so I've been really craving a good bowl of pho. After seeing the great reviews, I decided to try Pho Ba Ba at Lotte Mall, and it definitely did not disappoint. The restaurant has a nice, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to sit down and enjoy a good meal.
I went with the Pho Bo Tai, which is a beef pho with just the sliced beef. The broth was incredibly fragrant and flavorful, and the beef itself was so fresh and tender—you can tell they use good quality ingredients. It was a really authentic taste and it brought back some good memories of the pho I had in Vietnam. I also got the shrimp rolls, and they were fresh and juicy, which was a great side dish to share.
What's also cool is they have a bunch of snacks you can grab before you pay, which is a nice little touch. They also offer Banh Mi and other dishes on their menu, so I already have a list of things I want to try on my next visit. Pho Ba Ba is definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're looking for some authentic and delicious...

In terms of customer service, it was a smooth experience the moment I stepped in however it’s the most uncomfortable experience when I just finished my meals and the staff came to me asked for a google review and he wants to take a picture for a report. Stayed there for a half day of work. It might not be the most comfortable place to work, but it is not bad at all. The wifi worked well when I visited, I got a spot where there is a an electricity socket and also sat by the window. So it was all win win. The vietnamese coffee is good too to accompany you working.
Price is okay, not the most affordable but still ok.
They also have a big space for big groups. The food is amazing! I love it!
They also have a counter for you to reheat, get some sauces and get clean utensils as well.
All in all, good for quick eat, meeting, or even work (not the best but still good).
After lunch time, it can be quiet so it is good for those who need to talk...
