OHLALA Bellagio Mall — Restaurant in Jakarta

The food is amazing! It just beyond my expectations.

There’s a 25% discount for the menu I ordered. The salmon was very great with rice full of spices. I can’t describe very well for the taste, but it’s really great. The other was chicken rosemary, taste very great and smooth.

The ambience was very nice, slow and serene. There’s music corner but during my visit, there’s no performance. They also offered a great deals during weekday, like buy 1 get 1 for coffee and else.

We can also create a free membership and earn points for each 100k spends.

If possible to put zero but there is no option here. This is the first time I came to restaurant that been waiting for almost 1 hour just for 2 portion of food. The worst is they didn’t even apologize, although the owner was at our next table, invitied their guests for food texting. I raised the complain, then they were just took it like nothing. 2022 guys, many restaurants out there have great customer experiences and willing to improve. I guess that’s just OhLaLa Maison at Bellagio...

It's been years (pre-pandemic) since I dine in at Ohlala Bellagio Mall. They still have one of the beat mushroom soup in Jakarta, imo. Not much has changed in terms of tasty food and the ambiance.

Ms Tuti, one of the staff is still very welcoming and polite. She actually remember me (even my name!) and remember where I usually sit. A 2-seat table at the non smoking area. I was touched.
