I think sushi tei management need to review this branch. Clearly understaffed or maybe the structure of the outlet make it feels like understaffed. Why? Waiter forgot to input 2 ocha on the order so we want to add 1 more ocha. Took us more than 5x to ask the waiter to put the ocha and only after asking the same waiter 3x that the additional ocha came. And you know what? When we receive the bill, the ocha is still only 1 Refill of wasabi. On my table the wasabi is empty so I asked 1 waitress to refill the wasabi. Took me more than 5x call to get the new wasabi Ocha refill. Don't get me started maybe I asked 7 or 8 times until I get my refill and you know what, it's empty when it reached my table.
Food also very different. The tamagoyaki is really thin, maybe only 1cm width. Other branch usually around 2cm Salmon sashimi also thinner The sushi rice, it's a sushi not "lemper" no need to squish the rice and the rice is too much Kazan sushi, the sushi is sagging too fast and the brown sauce is put only on 2 sushi, really weird. Only this branch is like that Salmon skin. Good, crispy, portion wise similar to other branch, but where's the lemon's slice?

Read moreI’m writing to express my disappointment with the service at Sushi Tei, Lotte Mall Kuningan. My friends and I waited for over an hour for our sushi, and when we questioned the delay, one of the male waiter sarcastically suggested we cancel our order if we were no longer willing to wait.
Things didn’t improve when we went to pay. The cashier, "Tri Wijayanti,". “it’s very common we asked if there any card promotions but she replied to us was rude and unfriendly”. After checking the bill, I pulled out my card, and she told us there was a revision. We waited patiently, but after few minutes, she said the bill was ready and out of the blue she tells us again that there was another revision. When I asked about the reason for the changes, she raised her voice at me and didn’t give me a clear reason and showing her unhappy face to us.
