Terrible service, poker-face and unhappy staffs (which is very rare in Jakarta). Slow and extremely unpleasant. It took them 2 minutes to bring food from a side table to our table, which was 2 meters away. They refused to refill my chrysanthemum tea. They couldnt tell the difference between a room temperature juice and a juice without ice. I order 2 simple main courses in a quiet working day around 2pm, it took them 35 minutes, in the mean time, staffs were just talking and laughing to each other. The food itself was mediocre. Oh, they brought the cheque to our table rather fast! I would not come back for it, and strongly advise everybody to avoid this...

Spend dinner time at this restaurant. Location inside the mall Lotte, to avoid hectic on mall drop off, we are taking the entrance on the behind building, only need to take lift from GF to 3rd floor.

the food was OK, the ambience of the restaurant quite good, the service was good. the price a lil bit higher though if compare with the similar ones but overall i can give score 8/10. the waiter team need a slight initiative for guest who raising hand. minus point, we ask to take away the menu of ayam goreng lengkuas, at home we open the box and we saw a rubber bracelet inside the packing. quite annoying but no...
