Saladstop! - Kemang — Restaurant in Jakarta

As a long-time SaladStop regular, I am deeply disappointed and concerned by my recent experience here. This stall does not meet the brand's standard for quality or service.

​1. Quality and Quantity are Subpar: The ingredients tasted less fresh, and the final dish didn't have the great flavor I know and love. More importantly, the quantity was noticeably skimpy. I felt the portion size was dramatically reduced compared to other SaladStop outlets, making it poor value for money (in which saladstop is $$$ for a salad)

​2. Slow Service: The service was quite slow, adding to the frustration.

​3. CRITICAL HYGIENE ISSUE: The most alarming problem was finding FLIES on my food while eating. It was only after my friend pointed it out that they reluctantly changed the meal. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the cleanliness of this specific stall's operation.

​I highly urge management to investigate this outlet immediately. If you're a regular like me, be warned—this location is a poor reflection...

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent order. I ordered the Hola Chicken salad today, and once again, key toppings were missing and the portion was noticeably smaller than expected. This isn’t the first time, my last GoFood order also had missing toppings.

Given the price we pay, it’s disappointing to see such inconsistency in quantity and quality. If ingredients aren’t available, the restaurant should either cancel the order or reach out via chat before sending it out.

This recurring issue is frustrating, and I hope it’s addressed to ensure a more reliable experience...

I love grabbing my daily fuel here, especially after my hot Pilates class upstairs at Active Barn.

The service is CONSISTENTLY excellent, and I particularly appreciate Rianti’s outstanding service and initiative.

She’s always fast, super helpful while I’m in line, and has a knack for recommending great food.

I’ve also noticed her training other staff to pack the food correctly and safely. It’s not my first time seeing her in action, and it always adds to the positive experience!

Appreciate the good meal, and excellency in stores that makes the whole experience even...
