ABUBA Steak - Gandaria — Restaurant in Jakarta

Another outlet of the pioneer local steakhouse brand in Indonesia. They are very good in maintaining their food quality. Had the same great experience in this outlet just like the one I had on their original and flagship in Cipete

Great food but I think they have shrunken their menu, the options are not as many as I remember. I don't know if it's only in this outlet or on every outlet

Service are great! All smiles and really attentive!

The only feedback is that even though this outlet is very big it's not fully used, so it seems dark and cold inside, many areas are closed with the light out.

I am actually a fan of Abuba, been to many different Abubas.

But this time my steaks came out wrong for several times.

We ordered medium rare and it got overcooked.

We ordered medium well and it got overcooked.

They replaced our steaks. Thankfully. But they mixed up my orders, the medium well came down medium rare and vice versa.

The whole ordeal took close to one hour before we can finally start eating.

I would assume this was just a bad day at Abuba, because my previous experiences were pleasant.
