Such a deep disappointment about the service I experienced at Starbucks TCC Batavia Tower One on barista named Aprillia.
Today, my friend and I attempted to order the Oatmilk Green Tea Latte. However, the barista/cashier named Aprillia Kesya, informed us that the campaign had already ended and that we could only get the drink by paying for a regular Green Tea Latte and adding oatmilk at an extra cost. We were disappointed but accepted this information.
However, just 10 minutes later, another friend of ours successfully ordered the exact same Oatmilk Green Tea Latte—with no issues and no additional charges. When we asked how this was possible, the barista responded that our friend “usually drinks plant-based,” as if that somehow justified making the drink for her but not for us. This is completely unacceptable and unfair. If the promotion had truly ended, then no one should have been able to order the drink—regardless of their usual preferences or customer history. This inconsistency not only shows a lack of professionalism but also implies biased treatment based on customer familiarity. We are paying customers and expect to be treated with the same level of respect and fairness as any other guest. Promotions should be applied equally, and your staff should not be allowed to make arbitrary decisions based on personal assumptions or manipulate the system (how can you input Oatmilk Green tea latte if the promotion had ended??)
I hope Starbucks can address this inconsistency and ensure all customer receive...

This time I had my usual peanut butter panini with almond milk hot cappuccino. Awesome breakfast tho the peanut butter filling was still cold despite being heated up. Good...

Nice. Outdoor seats are available.
However, space tend to be narrow and often easily...
