SUBWAY - BLOK M — Restaurant in Jakarta

Hi Subway team, this is my first time eating subway and your dish was very delicious. But i feel like all the waitress too much asking for adding this and that to every menu and didn't inform us as customer that we will cost how much for adding this thing. I know maybe this is kind of a marketing gimmick but i think this is unfair and affect to customer satisfaction. And i also when i'm about to pay, the waiter busy explain about your promo program to new customer, which is there's me there who wait for her and PAID FULL AMOUNT.

and by the way, there's no tissue paper available here, we have to ask first. they didn't give us a tissue...

Located within walking distance from Blok M Plaza, Blok M bus terminal, and the Blok M MRT Station. It has limited parking space, so, it is better to walk here.

The place is not too big nor too small. It has a couple of tables and barstool seating. Unfortunately, there's no hand washing sink inside. Customers can use the toilet on the second floor, next door. It is bad, because, eating Subway requires you to get dirty hands. Going next door to do hand washing is too much of an effort.

One of the coziest and quaint Subway outlet in Jakarta area. Small footprint but it feels spacious and comfortable for long chat with your loved ones or colleagues. Food and drink options are great. Parking lot is shared with several other tenants so it could be challenging when you come on a busy hour. Service was great but I wish more staffs were available, there's only one staff taking care of our orders when there are more than 3 customers queueing.
