Read moreWent there for afternoon lunch. They have a very nice place, open air in the middle of Jakarta. However the service they provide is TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED. The staff (except the hostesses) they were very rude and lack of training how to do sequence of service. Cz to me, we are not paying for cheap price, imagine per pax is almost 250-300k we deserve kind of nice service. But not here. We sat upstairs at level 2 outdoor. We wanted to sit at the chair with cusion but the smell is like toilet. like omg And then we moved. Got a nicer table. Surprised the staff bring our food and put in our rudely without any word to mention what dish was that, for whom will be, he just put randomly at the table and pounding. not one time but few times! Ga pny adab dan mulut. Meal for my little brother were coming late. Almost 1 hour just for very regular udang goreng. When I asked the waiter, he answered without saying sorry, just ask us to be patient with rude tone. When I asked the estimation time, again he just asked to be patient. Can you imagine that?! However in this branch, we could eat outside happily without breathing in the smoke.
The prayer room was beautiful! Just look at the photos! It's also clean and tidy. The prayer mat also smelled good and felt soft (seemed like it was cleaned regularly). The room was not damp nor smelly. There's also a curtain to cover the entrance to the women's prayer room.
I hope that more restaurants ban smoking and provide outdoor seating areas free of smokes. And provide prayer rooms as clean and beautiful as...
