Yayy new outlet near my office!!! I came twice already heheh.

Tried their new menus:

Nasi Goreng Chili Oil. IT WAS NICEEEE. Not oily at all, packed with flavor and smokiness. Tried almost all of TPC’s fried rice and I must say, they know how yo make a good fried rice.

Kwetiaw Siram Seafood. This was just OK. Sadly only got 1 shrimp. Since the name is “Seafood” I expected more than just a shrimp and fish meatballs.

I usually enjoy my experience in any The People's Cafe tenant. But I had the worst one here. As someone who works in customer service, one of the staff's attitude was impolite. First, I got my order wrong. I asked for for a hot coffee but they gave me and iced coffee instead. Kami ke the people’s cafe di lotte, hari rabu tanggal 12 maret 2025, sekitar jam 5:40’an. Sebelum buka puasa. Kami masuk lalu duduk di meja bulat, terus waiters nya cuma kasih barcode lalu ditinggal, setelah itu kita panggil waiter cowo untuk order, dia hanya bilang order lewat barcode, tp temen saya bilang ga bisa order manual, lalu di waiter bilang “EMANG TAU MAU ORDER APA” helooowwww mas klo kita ga tau mau pesen apa ga mungkin panggil, begitukahh tata krama sama customer??, setelah kita menyebutkan pesanan kita, mas ny cmn haa hee haa heee terus, suasana resto ga ramai, harusny ga sebudek itu kan yaa. Terus setelah selesai order, waiter bilang order lewat barcode nya, lahhh terusss td sampeann nanyain orderan buat apa??? Kami jg orang FNB, jadi kami tau persis how to service customer, SOP nya gimana.
