If you wanna experience the real Karen's Diner restoran come to The People's Cafe Senayan City.

They didn't want to take your order. You call the waiter/waitress to order and they didn't respond to you more than 10 minutes. They didn't give you utensils to eat, if you didn't ask. They didn't give you a warm and smile greeting. They just don't like you come to their restaurant and work for/serve you. Lol. Do you want to order additional dish? Just come to 'Ketua Geng Jajan' because he and their team doesnt want you to stay longer in their restaurant. They will not come to you when you ask. The Ketua Geng Jajan busy sipping his tea, with 1 waitress chatting with a man customers and the others (2 waiter) juggling with their thing. Ask for bill? Hold on, you have to wait for 15 minutes because they are busy. Lol. Eventho they are doing nothing, see no.4

And when you go out from their restaurant they will said

"Terima kasih. Tuh kan gak disautin, liat gak ada yang balas. Tuh gak ada yang bilang terima kasih"

I am saying thank you. That's you and your team loss for not hearing our gratitude because your attitude.

And at the end they say "AKHIRNYA PERGI JUGA!"

Disappointing Experience at The People’s Cafe Senayan City

Visited today and was quite disappointed with both the service and hygiene. Despite the “walk to be seated” sign, I stood waiting for over 5 minutes trying to get a staff member’s attention. Even when I walked inside to speak to one directly, I was completely ignored. Eventually, I managed to get seated after trying again with another staff member.

I ordered two dishes the noodles were delicious, but unfortunately, I found a hair in the fried tofu. While one of the staff did apologise and offered a replacement, I had already lost my appetite by that point.

Overall, the lack of customer service and poor hygiene standards were very disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and served clean, properly...
