Title: For me it's more a Restaurant than a Café. I like the some kind of different selection in the menu (compared to restaurants in Amed) with international and national foods, fancy premises and they are some of few that have aircon around this area. It's not easy to eat early dinner or late lunch like me if the weather is nearly 30° Celsius every day.
Very tasty foods Kind and smiling staff Good quality and quantity Good food presentation Clean Good rest rooms The Ayam Betutu, Bruschetta, the grilled Corn, Vanilla Frappé and the Banana Split was very tasty.
The Bruschettas was small compared to other restaurant nearby The Nutella Cheesecake hasn't any taste after Nutella or a Cheesecake. Of course it is my personal taste perception A little expensive compared to the restaurants around
o I ate the first time in my life the Bali food "Ayam Betutu" and I don't know if other restaurants can top this taste, I was very satisfied. Not every restaurants in Amed serve this food.
o The waiters comes only ones to the tables, take the order and bring the food, after that... unfortunately no more interaction with the guests. They could be more pro active and could observe the guests and go to the tables again after the people finishing their foods and ask if they want something else.
o Don't wait for the waiter because of the bill. In this etablishment you must go to the cashier inside

The cafe staff were amazing-attentive, and quick to attend to us and we couldn’t fault our waiter on anything.
We sat on the lovely patio, looking forward to a tranquil coffee and breakfast, only to be almost immediately overrun by a loud group of constant smokers, making it really unpleasant.
We decided to retreat inside to the aircon for our coffee, but as we opened the door to head in, we were overwhelmed by the noise of two screaming toddlers who had commandeered the entire centre of the restaurant with toys strewn everywhere, and mothers not trying to control them at all. We beat a hasty retreat to the last available option- a couch on the opposite side of the verandah in the sun. This proved marginally more quiet, until a woman who appeared to be one of the owners carried on a loud, protracted interaction with a vendor delivering decor bamboo. By the time we finished our coffee (fabulous!) and scrambled egg breakfast (forgettable) the screaming children and their mothers had left the inside of the restaurant, making it available to enjoy a peaceful second cup of coffee.
This is a very conflicted review, because the coffee was fantastic, but the experience traumatically disruptive when we were looking for a tranquil breakfast!
Sadly, we won’t be back, despite the good coffee.
For those who like their morning experience to be calm and peaceful-this is...
Read moreWe came here several times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during our stay in the area and always had a good experience. The food is of high quality and the service is very friendly. ☺️ We appreciated the free water we received in the beginning.
However, the downside is that the service was slow whenever we were here - we usually had to wait quite long for our food (sometimes even for the drinks) and couldn’t eat together (with a group of 4, one person was already long done by the time the last person received their food). This was the case despite the restaurant being almost empty… This is something to improve but was not a deal-breaker for us. The food was worth the wait and the overall experience was still always good, which is why we kept coming back! (Example suggestion: keep the salad dish waiting in the kitchen until the cooked food is done too, so it can all be served together to the table.)
Unfortunately, they could not make smoothie bowls on any of the days we came here, which was a bit disappointing because I had really been looking forward to it; however, the menu is large and there are luckily many other options. 🥰
