Green Coco Warung — Restaurant in Kecamatan Abang

We walked 25 minutes to come here because of the great reviews and the food was great! I had the grilled barracuda of the day and it was seasoned just right. The sauteed vegetables were also very delicious. I had the freshly squeezed pineapple juice without sugar and it was perfect. I could hear the staff pureeing the pineapple soon after I ordered it so I knew it was fresh.

My girlfriend had the fish soup with rice and it was very good too. We both liked the organic red rice that comes with both dishes and finished all of our food.

We initially sat in the front area but when one of the platform tables opened up, our server helped us move tables over. What a delight it was! The cushions were so comfy and the table was made of glass panel over a wooden stump - very modern and cool.

Our server was very attentive and always smiled and was very friendly. We felt so welcome. He also was very detailed at keeping our table clean and made sure to turn on the fan overhead to keep us comfortable.
