Casa Asia has been our family’s go to destination for Italian cuisine since 2023. We have always enjoyed our time here, especially the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the signature dish Gianugi Toscani, which have consistently impressed us. However, we were truly disappointed with our recent experiences.
On June 11 2025, during my dine in visit, one of the female staff members wearing glasses was noticeably disengaged and preoccupied with personal conversations with her colleagues instead of attending to guests. It was apparent that her attention was selectively given, with a clear preference towards expatriate guests, while I felt overlooked and unattended.
Again, on June 15 2025, I requested a coconut liqueur which based on our past visits since 2024, had always been served complimentary after meals. To my surprise, it was added to our bill. When I politely inquired, the same female staff member with glasses responded curtly, stating, "If you want a compliment, you have to say it's a compliment." Frankly, this remark felt dismissive and disrespectful especially coming from someone in a customer facing role and considering our long standing loyalty to the restaurant.
While we may not have arrived in perfectly styled attire, we are loyal, consistent customers who have supported your business and contributed significantly. It is disappointing to feel that genuine hospitality is selectively offered based on appearance or nationality.
That said, I would like to extend sincere appreciation to the kind lady wearing a hijab and glasses who served us. I regret not asking her name, but her warm and sincere service stood out. She went above and beyond by surprising me with a complimentary birthday cake (Tiramisu) for my father, and it truly touched our hearts. Thank you for that meaningful gesture.
With regret, however, we must say that this will be our last visit. Thank you for the memories, but we as a family will not...

Their pizza is nothing short of perfection—thin, crispy crust, perfectly baked, and topped with the freshest ingredients. The chicken salad? A masterpiece of balance and taste, light yet incredibly satisfying.
And then comes the dessert… not just a sweet ending, but an unforgettable grand finale! (Check the video to see it for yourself).
Dining at CasAsia is not just about food; it’s about experiencing pure culinary pleasure. Huge thanks to the owner, who is incredibly welcoming and makes every guest feel at home. Bravo to the entire team—I’ll definitely be coming back again...
Read moreI had often ordered food from this restaurant directly via WhatsApp and everything was great.
This time, when I wanted to order food, they refused to deliver, citing the fact that 16 minutes is very far and they do delivery if the distance to the client is 15 minutes. I was confused by this answer and asked how I had managed to order before cause location haven't been changed since last time. To which they replied that they would not deliver the food. Sorry to say but if your staff can't manage order and cancelling cause delivery is just 1 min further than should be then your business will be...
