Ordered three drinks, three meals. Bottled beer, Draft beer, coffee. All came at separate times waaaaay late. Somehow coffee arrived very clearly near room temperature and sent it back. Meals ordered...... salad, chicken sandwich, tacos. Two came at separate times and one never came. When salad arrived we had no silverware and after 5 mins had to get ourselves. Chicken sandwich came next and asked for salt, about ten minutes later I received Salt after having to decide between eating the meal the way I wanted it or still resembling a warm meal. Chose to eat while still warm. Waited another 20 minutes tacos never came. My friend who was starving and frustrated watching us eat asked for the bill and resigned to the notion of going somewhere else. Bill came and tacos were on there. Asked for manager, 5-10 minutes later manager showed. My friend stated he didn't want them and to take them off. 5 minutes later manager comes and offers 3 tacos instead of two. No way were we waiting another 30 minutes if they were to actually come. Another 5 minutes and they were taken off the bill.

We were given an explanation that it was a staffing issue due to the holidays. No concession was attempted to be made on the bill. One would think if staffing were to be an issue as they thought it would they would open in limited capacity maybe serving drinks only or drinks and apps or something.

I'm sure there are alot more bad reviews inbound. Alot of unhappy tables looking around at others.

Went here because we saw advertised on social media that they had a deal on “burger Tuesday” - a burger and wine/beer for 115k. The burgers and drinks were very nice, the serving staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a good atmosphere with a live band. Unfortunately we were let down at the end when we received the bill and there was no mention of the deal, despite my partner checking this with them at the time of ordering. We tried to speak to a member of staff and they claimed the extra was for tax. It came to 465K - were charged for 2 burger meals and 2 drinks, and taxed on the full price of the meals and drinks. It should have been 230K + an extra 40k for some water and then the tax. After lot of back and fourth they agreed to give us the burger meals for 115k but we were still charged for drinks separately so ended up spending almost 200k on some drinks that should have been included - so maybe just be weary this deal isn’t what it’s advertised to be. The Food: We came today here really hungry and first we thought it’s a bit pricy because we came from another place in bali where the food is really cheap but we were just so hungry that we ordered ( anything else here in uluwatu seems more expensive so it was more affordable) a pasta (70.k) and a burger menu (55k)- and a coke(30k) and mango juice (50k- this was overpriced) The Pasta was incredibly tasty I haven’t eaten so good pasta in long time and I am Italian I know what’s good pasta (:D ) and my partner had the burger which was also really good. Also the mango juice was really good- the waiter brought us extra ice a side which was soo nice.

Service: A young men served us unfortunately we did not asked his name he had a little bum he was incredibly nice and so helpful. He tried to accomplish every wish. Really good service.

Although some prices on the menu were higher than the usual Indonesian price it’s a good experience to eat here...
