The food here was actually quite good. We had the chicken bowl, a sandwich, and pancakes, and everything tasted yummy.
However, we were not satisfied with the service. When we arrived, we were told they had no eggs, which was fine, but after sitting down and ordering, we found out they also had no avocado, no rolls, and almost all juices were unavailable (only 3 types left).
We asked twice to have our tea served with the pancakes, but it was brought out before the meal. Then, after we finished our meal and started eating the pancakes, they brought the same tea again which was obviously cold by then. That felt a bit ridiculous and very disorganized. Not forgetting to mention that they used just one bag of tea for 4 cups this time. The menu mentioned that tea comes in a 600 ml pot, but they told us they had no pots when serving it. We also asked for salt but never received it.
The outdoor seating doesn’t have much of a view, and there’s a lot of traffic noise, which makes the experience less relaxing.
Overall, the food was good, but the service and atmosphere left much...
Read moreA cute little cafe near Padang-Padang Beach! My boyfriend and I were unsure where to eat or brunch, so we searched on Google Maps and decided to give this place a try.
The food here was expressively very good, and their selection of sweets is amazing. I tried the Nutella something (I can’t remember the exact name), and it was absolutely delicious, my boyfriend loved it too! They also have nice drinks to complement the meal, which made the experience even better.
The cafe itself has a charming and cozy vibe, but since it’s located on the side of the street, the noise from cars and motorbikes can be a bit distracting at times. That’s probably the only downside.
Despite that, the prices were reasonable, not too expensive, so it’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area. Great food, great dessert, and an overall...
Read moreService was decent, but i just found it strange they really didn’t want me to know what they were saying when they were talking amongst the other staff in Indonesian. Im mixed Indonesian/australian so i understand when the staff are talking Indonesian. I speak english first then see how they act.
Once they realized i could understand because i spoke indo after they said to the staff “bahasa bali aja” which means “just speak Balinese” as they knew i understood them. I thought this was weird, like they were talking about me because i asked for something extra with my food.
Avo on toast was very average. Had no flavor even with salt and pepper. You only get one small slice too. Theres better places to get avo on toast.
Coffee was good. Pastries were nice too. I would come back for the...
