Despacito Loft by Bukit Vista — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 1.5 months. Our experience overall was positive, but there were some key problems with the premises.

Positive: 1.The place is super central. It is close to Bingin and Padang Padang, along with very good restaurants 2.The pool is great, and there is a lovely common area where you can work or hand out, which happens to be a cafe as well 3.The staff is very very helpful and polite. Especially Tori and the gatekeeper It is very secure, It has security at night.

Negative: 1.There are some very major constructural issues with the place. We never had good water pressure when we turned on the hot water (we changed 3 rooms), and sometimes there was black things coming out of the faucets, either rust or algae, we never found out. Leaks and walls: When it rained, in some rooms water is leaking, the solution found to this is very primitive (you have to cover the leaking place) and doesn't fix the issue itself. Internet: This can be good or bad depending on what kind of things you use the internet for. It is fast, but very often disconnects in certain areas. So, if you frequently need to make video calls for work, make sure to ask the room with a very good internet, or choose somewhere else. I always work with video calls, I was quite content in the big room, but the other 2 rooms sometimes had connection issues, causing delays in my work. The internet is really good in the common area though.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, but some infrastructural issues were inconvenient, so I cannot give 5 stars to this place even...

This place was a dream to stay in!! Nestled away just off Jl. Labuansait it’s in the perfection location surrounded by everything you need - restaurants, cafes, bike hires, it’s also a bit off the street so it’s quiet during the day. Ours across the road is amazing for coffee / breakfast / dinner, we loved going there.

The place honestly feels like being in Santorini, it’s a relaxing vibe and the apartment is just as nice. We had enough space for two of us and the bed was also quite comfortable. Uluwatu is not so big so you can reach everywhere within 10 mins on a scooter and Padang Padang beach was only a 10 minute walk away.

The staff were so lovely as well especially Ayu, Poppy and Ardani, they were so lovely and friendly and accommodating and added to the experience. 10/10 would recommend staying...

We are so dissapointed at this restaurant because we saw 4.9 review on google so visited there on first night in this area. First, I went down there to wash my hand and the water was stopped. I asked to waitress and she said the water was stoped whole area because they used for changing pool water that day. But the water in the pool was also looked not clean. So I asked how the chef can cook without water and she said they have tank for option. Hmm We orderd 2 different kind of brittos. Salsa sauce was a bit gone. And the tomato sauce in the britto smeld like fish... though I ordered vege.. I guessed from my experience in the britto cafe, they made tomato sauce portion few days ago and it had been gone a bit and cooked again in fire. Good mood but.....
