JWB Pizza Beach: The Crispiest Pizza with Great Service and Views

While in Bali, we decided to give JWB Pizza Beach a try. It turned out to be quite an experience—though not exactly for the reasons we hoped.

Highlights (and Lowlights) of Our Meal

Extremely Crispy Thin Crust The highlight, or rather the only notable aspect, was the pizza's crust. It was unbelievably crispy—imagine the crunch of the crispiest cracker you’ve ever had, then multiply that by ten. Each bite felt like shattering a delicate piece of glass. Chips and crisps don’t even come close. It was the crispiness of dreams, almost as if the crust had been baked in a furnace of mythical proportions. If crispiness were a sport, this pizza would win gold.

Unfortunately, the rest of the pizza didn’t quite match up. The flavors were lackluster, and the toppings left much to be desired. It was as if all the effort had gone into making the crust a marvel of crisp while the taste took a backseat.

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing a pleasant dining experience.

The restaurant boasts beautiful views, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. The scenic surroundings almost made up for the disappointing pizza.

While the extreme crispiness was amusing and a unique experience, it didn’t make up for the overall lack of quality in the food. However, the excellent service and stunning views did add a positive touch to our visit.

Thumbs up if you’re in it for the crunch and the scenery, but otherwise, it’s a pass for the food.

If you’re in Bali and want to experience the ultimate in crispiness for a laugh, JWB Pizza Beach is worth a visit. Just don’t expect an all-around great meal. The service and views, however,...

Came here on a Saturday night with the family around 6:30 and the whole area was quite busy including this venue... Clearly the beach in Jimbaran is busy on the weekends so be prepared!

We didn't have a problem finding a table for 4. The staff seemed quite busy. We felt that we needed to get their attention more than expected. Given how busy it was it took over 30 minutes for food and drinks to be served but we didn't think it was unreasonable given how busy it was.

The pizza's we ordered were ok... Not great but ok... Certainly nothing different to most other places we tried.

One of our drinks was forgotten so 30 minutes later we had to ask about it... The staff said they would check but we never heard any update until we received the drink 10 minutes later... An update would have been good.

When we went to pay we realised they only took cash which I wasn't prepared for unfortunately.... Thanks to one of the younger staff members he offered to take me and my younger son on a scooter to the ATM 50m up the road... That was nice of him.
