White Sands Beach House — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

We had a terrible experience at White Sands Beach House at Jimbaran Beach and CANNOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone.

We waited over 1.5 hours for our food without any prior notice. Even after repeatedly asking the staff, we were told “just 5 more minutes” — yet we continued to wait for more than 30 minutes after that. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and offered no explanation or apology.

When we finally went to pay, there was still no apology and no gesture of goodwill offered for the extremely long wait. We then spoke to the manager, who treated us even more disrespectfully than the service staff. She claimed she had just arrived and therefore could not confirm how long we had waited — even going as far as accusing us of exaggerating. The staff also refused to acknowledge their mistake.

In the end, we paid the full amount and left the restaurant deeply disappointed, without so much as an apology.

Extremely Irresponsible Dog Owner at White Sands Beach House!"

I am absolutely furious after the dog at White Sands Beach House bit my son. When I approached the restaurant owner for help, there was no care or concern whatsoever. The owner was completely dismissive, refused to offer any information about the dog's vaccination status, and showed no responsibility for the incident.

This is an extremely dangerous situation, and I cannot believe the lack of action or empathy from a business that should care about the safety of its guests. The owner’s negligence could have serious consequences, and I would never return to a place where basic safety is ignored.

Avoid this place at all costs — if the owner doesn’t care about protecting children, they definitely don’t deserve your business. Irresponsible and dangerous behavior!

Wow.. what a awesome place to come and relax on the beach.. had the best day/night During the day hired a sunbed and ate pizza, balinese curry, tacos, roti and dip, drank bintangs, coconuts, and then we moved inside under cover area and found the most friendliest people of local and expats and beautiful friendly dogs.. that's a bonus right there as I'm a dog lover The owner ketut is the so lovely and accommodating. She joined us for a chit chat. The food is yummy and the prices are pocket friendly, so cheap for what you get amd the beautiful ckea. beach and sunset
