Delicious Dumplings & Great Atmosphere – A Must-Try in Uluwatu!

I had a fantastic experience at Sista Dumpling Uluwatu, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving high-quality dumplings and Asian-inspired dishes in a beautiful setting.

Food – Fresh, Flavorful, and Well-Made

The dumplings were absolutely delicious! Each one was packed with flavor, with a perfect balance of seasoning and texture. The dough was thin, soft, and delicate, while the fillings were juicy and well-seasoned. I especially loved the prawn and pork dumplings, which had a great mix of flavors. They also offer vegetarian options, which is a nice touch.

Apart from the dumplings, the rest of the menu was equally impressive. The bao buns were fluffy and flavorful, and the side dishes complemented the meal perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, with great attention to detail.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal. They were happy to offer recommendations and checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Our food arrived in a reasonable time, and we felt well taken care of.

Sista Dumpling is a must-visit in Uluwatu if you love dumplings or just want a great dining experience in a relaxed, stylish setting. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than local warungs, but the quality of the food and service completely justifies it. I will definitely be coming back!

I’m a big fan of Sista Dumpling. I go to their Canggu and Pererenan branches all the time, and this is my second visit to the Uluwatu location. I always order the curry beef gyoza (my favorite), but tonight’s was really disappointing.

It took around 20+ minutes to arrive, and when it did, it looked like it completely fell apart, was way too oily, and honestly the first photo I posted is literally how it looked when it arrived, I hadn’t even touched it yet. I know how it’s supposed to be because I order it so often, so I’m not sure what happened tonight.

That said, the rest of the food was good, the skewers and fried rice were both tasty as usual. I just really came here for the dumplings, so it was a letdown this time. Hope it’s just an off night, because I usually...

The food and atmosphere were wonderful, and the staff were genuinely lovely, so kind and welcoming throughout my visit. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke a very small bowl that was for retail (it was a small bowl/sauce dish) after spending over 350k IDR on dinner, I was still asked to pay 90k IDR for the broken bowl :( I understand accidents have costs, but that felt like quite a high charge for something so tiny especially since it was an honest mistake (I truly felt so bad and was a little embarrassed about the situation) The staff handled it very politely, so I’m guessing it’s a management policy rather than their choice.
