I don't wanna say the best pizza on Bali because I haven't tried all pizza places. But from the ones I tried it was the best Pizza, not only here in Seminyak but also in the first place down in Sanur.
Crusty edge but soft insinde, tasty tomatoe sauce and all other toppings were also excellent. It was also the most expensive one starting at around 100k up to 160k but to be honest it is absolutely worth the money. I lived for many years in Asia and I hardly found such a nice pizza.
The place in Seminyak is pretty new and the staff is very friendly and inviting but also a bit reserved which is common for many new and fancy places (what I experienced so far). But it's nothing bad at all.

Birger was good, pizza good as well. Truffle fries had no truffle seasoning and spaghetti aglio olio were nice and al dente, but too oily for my taste and generally too oily comparing to what the original dish shall be. Ordered cappuccino, good taste, just a small comment that the milk was not stretched accordingly, I would say not a coffee made by a trained barista but those are small adjustements which we were ok with. As a big beef lover, I have to say the highlight for me was the beef brisket—so tender and perfectly cooked. We also tried the calzone and the duck ragù pasta, which were both rich and satisfying.
I went with my boyfriend and we were really impressed not only by the food but also by the service. Our waitress Eka was incredibly kind, helpful, and had amazing English. Her vibe just added something special to the night. Highly recommend if you’re craving Italian...
