Dim Sum Inc. — Restaurant in Kuta

I know this place for more than 7 or 8 years ,last week i try to visit with my friends , i was so shock and totally disappoint with their service , their quality of food that totally changed and terrible

When i'm arrived with my friends , we just got ignore from the staff , table was dirty and they was not so fast to clean the table, we try to called them for few times and ask the staff to clean

we try to order drink and food and there is no one come to check , until we try to call the staff for many times , finally we order some drinks , and my favourite from this place is Hongkong chicken noodles , the amazing things when my food served , they just give me some INDOMIE with the crackers ( pangsit ) that still freeze and you will see the flour on your crackers and Also The chicken inside of the noodles was terrible to eat ( seems like lalapan or ayam goreng that i got from warung and they fried for long time , night mare )

I try to ask them some napkin and they give me toilet paper ( disgusting ) because you used the toilet paper to clean your poop not to clean your mouth , can you imagine as a big restaurant and staff said that they dont have a stock for a napkins? I'm not going to warung, i pay extra for my food and you charge me tax and service ? Embarrasing for your existence for many many years

I dont think that they change the quality of everything thay they build for many years as 24 hours restaurant that open, i think your staff was playing with your bussiness

I'm trying to ask some question to the staff, did you changed the standard of your food ? Or you just have or hire new chef ?? If the staff said yes , i will try to understand the situation ,but the staff said NO , if they said NO , why you changed all the standard and quality that you have ?? I show them my food was disgusting and i event not eat that

When i'm trying to pay , the charge me the noodles that looks like indomie , WOOOW , okay guys ,this is not funny

well its okay , just thinking that i'm doing a charity for your place to buy some dinner napkins also to fix the standard of your food , honestly you will lose your regular customer and your fans for many2 years that already stay with you , terrible and wont come back against

Very bad experience.. first of all the food.. The nasi goreng rendang is everything but not a nasi goreng rendang, I send again the plate to the kitchen and it came back even worst, no taste of rendang at all, a piece of beef the size of my nail and thats it, the nasi putih of my friend was even more tasty and had a whole half chicken.. very expensive my nasi goreng rendang for just rice.. Then the dimsum.. coriander prawn.. the prawns taste very bad and can't even taste the coriander.. the bun with curry chicken was below ok but a bit more curry sauce in it would make it ok cause right now we need to imagine it strongly in our mind.. The orange juice.. the orange taste simply very bad like they have been here in the restaurant for long time..

Now the service, same level as the food, nothing more, just bad service, ask simple things and they don't even show an effort or even trying to find a solution to our request.. don't tell me my request was a big thing and impossible for the chef to do.. just replace the rice by noodles, wow so difficult to do!

Anyway, not happy at all with this experience here, I don't understand at all the other 5 stars saying best place ever in Bali for this kind of food.. that's definitely not true..

The only thing good here, the place looks nice, but the food and service definitely not at all at the level...
