New Delhi Indian Restaurant Kuta bali — Restaurant in Kuta

We visited this restaurant last night with my family bcoz it's nearest from our hotel. Food was absolutely amazing and great customer care. We ordered aloo gobhi, Dal tarka, chicken karahi, lamb biryani, some Nan and parantha. All are great except chicken karahi. It's not as strong flavour as we used to eat in India. Usually I not complaint but manager there asked me , how was the food. I honestly told him any chicken karahi, it's was delicious just not Indian strong flavour. Then he explained me that they have customer from all over the world. Most of foreigner people can't eat strong Indian flavour and many Indian too now ask for light flavoured less oily food. So they set a standard quality for all customers. But they have all Indian spices and experienced cheff. He immediately took chicken karahi and after few minute, give me same dish. Wow it's really Indian chicken karahi hot. Maybe I am used to eat spicy food. I am not a man of writing review but I read all good and bad reviews and understood the reason of some customer not satisfied there. So my advice if you can't satisfied by the flavour and you need more strong spicy masale flavour, just call manager name Bijender and tell him to cook again as per your flavour. Got the right to reply that I could have walked out on the pricing..

Menu price was listed 120k.. I was kind of okay almost.. While eating I saw a note inside that there is 10% of some tax and 5℅ service charge would be added.. 120k+10℅ of 12k tax = 132k and 5℅ service charge was imposed on the tax portion as well that got to 138k+... Who pays for service charge and a tax component???? 18k is just sundries for a masala dosa where I could have had a cheesy fries and in addition pay for a toilet use??

You list 120k in your menu and who pays for 18K???? There's a saying in Tamil "Does your Dad pay for it??? ".. This is used in circumstances where it's not listed but demanded as part of overall bill..

So cheap in behavior of the billing procedures.

Does this Indonesian Government approved this billing of service fees and a tax component not listed in the menu price???

All stars go down due to pricing.. Doesn't seem competitive to the area it's in.. A cheesy fries cost 14k and a masala dosa 140k??? Dangerously high which is why there wasn't any crowd in there.. Very rarely one would be a repeat customer.. Sounds like targeting only one time customer... No explanation regarding this review.. I can't accept any reply to...

Its a Ok Ok place. We visited this place in 2nd week of June 2023. We ordered Dahikana Chicken. By the description its seemed to have a good taste but the actual taste was not so good. The lachha paratha was not upto the mark and even Garlic naan was too tight to break into pieces. Even the price of the items was not too less. We visited another Indian restaurant “Ganesha-Ek Sanskriti” which is just 150m from here, the price per item is just 10k IDR extra. But the taste is super good.

Edit: The owner gave a very rude reply on my review, not sure why but if you see the comments of the owner on customer’s reviews you will get to know the professionalism. For the owner: I have have given genuine reviews to more than 1000 places on google and helped the community to know better. I am not advertising any other brand or something. Its just a mere comparison. May be you should have taken my review as a feedback and tried improving and serving better.
