Starbucks Lippo Mall Kuta — Restaurant in Kuta

So sad I had to wrote this bad review for starbucks. But last week I came here. I was open the door, the girl barista with green apron was counting the money, didn’t even say hello or look at me. I’m totally stand front of cashier, I was waiting for her to even do a simple welcome but she just standing and no even one words come out from her mouth. And finally I just said I want ice shaken double shot espresso, input the order, take the money, and DONE! I dunno this is my first time get bad service from starbucks. Btw I went here July 19th August, around 4PM I forgot the name. So I hope she can get more training or...

Nice escape from the sun and heat on a Friday morning. I had to cool off after an hour walking in the sun with people constantly trying to get me to go in their shop or let them drive me somewhere. I'm not used to these more touristy type places, so it was starting to get to me. The guy at the Starbucks counter could tell I was a bit frazzled and was very patient. When I couldn't get a good cell signal on my phone he just waited and made our drinks. Eventually, I got a signal and paid and he motioned to the end of the counter where our drinks were...

Normal Starbucks but 4 minor issues... first it doesn't open until 930am (day is half over by then ...) second they don't have all the typical Starbucks tastes like chocolate scones. Third, the seating is decent but right with only a few tables by windows and an odd island with uncomfortable chairs blocking the flow. And lastly, they rarely have drip ready. Only the foofy drinks.

Staff makes up as best they can though, always smiling...
