The yellow rice tastes just like what I normally had for breakfast back home. I'm glad that now I can satisfy my craving for nasi kuning masak habang! It would be perfect if they also had haruan and chicken liver & heart as these are my favourites to go with yellow rice!

Nasi kuning terenak yang pernah saya nikmati. Nasi kuningnya diberi mie, guyuran bumbu merah, dan ayam di atasnya. Ayamnya digoreng namun tidak terlalu kering, bumbu merahnya meresap sekali di ayam gorengnya ini. Bumbu merahnya lumayan manis dan pedas, lidah Jawa pun akan sangat menyukainya. Kata temanku yang dari Kalimantan, kalau di Kalimantan sana kalau dulu di Kalimantan dimasukkan bara arang agar ada aroma asapnya.

Nasi kuning terenak yang pernah saya nikmati. Nasi kuningnya diberi mie, guyuran bumbu merah, dan ayam di atasnya. Ayamnya digoreng namun tidak terlalu kering, bumbu merahnya meresap sekali di ayam gorengnya ini. Bumbu merahnya lumayan manis dan pedas, lidah Jawa pun akan sangat menyukainya. Kata temanku yang dari Kalimantan, kalau di Kalimantan sana kalau dulu di Kalimantan dimasukkan bara arang agar ada aroma asapnya.

Makanan soto khas Banjar (Kal-Sel) satu-satunya yang di Denpasar, saya lebih suka nyebut sop Banjar ketimbang soto. Disajikan dengan ayam kampung yang disuir, kuah tidak berlemak seperti umumnya soto yang ada dipasaran. Disajikan dengan nasi atau lontong (harusnya ketupat Banjar yang biasanya ukuran besar) sesuai permintaan. Hidangan pencuci mulut khas Banjar juga, Hantalu Karuang. Kalau kurang puas dengan sotonya bisa tambah basi kuning khas Banjar dengan bumbu 'masak habang' nya ikannya telur ayam & daging ayam. Tempat makan terasa tenang tidak ramai seperti warung-warung biasanya, bersih, tertata rapi. Parkir motor tersedia cukup - disarankan kalau pakai mobil parkir diseberang saja. Anda...
