Adidarma Pool Bar — Restaurant in Pulau Bali

Our first visit was awesome, here's the pros and cons Pros All of the staff are really-really friendly, they smile and helping us while moving our stuff from the restaurant to the gazebo. The shower rooms are nice clean and they provide soap and shampo which rarely seen on the other places. The toilet and changing room are clean and tidy. The security guard is amazing. He greet us, helping us finding a space while the parking is full. To be honest, i rarely seen a security guard on his level of hospitality. I wish i know his name.

Cons The pool is quite small compare to the seating capacity. The food is lacking seasoning, the pizza dough is too thick almost like crackers.

We were 5 at 1 table, and ordered food in the same time. 2 of us ordered the same food but they served in 30 minutes difference, which is strange. We waited again for 30 minutes when the another food arrived and waited almost 1 hour when they finally served the last 5th food. We had to ask them 2 times about the 5th food, it seems they totally forgot it, althoug the waitress wrote all the orders at the beginning and repeit it too. So, the service is really poor, he staff can not speak English, we had to wait such a long time for each of the food which was really small portion and avarage taste. Nice and beautiful place, We was held an event here. For the first time we was happy for the beautiful venue and good support from the staff. And the event was begin. We are enjoy the event. But something made us not so happy when the event was started. If we can give an suggestions to your management. Please increase the support, service and hospitality. May be you need to place some staff near the event, if some one need something or help, they can served faster and easier.
