Very convenient place to stay in Ubud. Itâs in the very center of the city accessible to all the services around the shops, supercenter supermarkets - whatnot, at the very first time you might not find it pretty quick because the entrance is little bit further inside from the main road, but itâs just a quick walk. Wonât even take one minute, so you have to go through there and take the stairs to get into the villas. The staff is very helpful and they always checking up on you if needed any support Sadly, the laundry services were not available at the moment we were staying because the machines were broken at that time so we had to use a very nearby laundry services for those requirements. They have very nice pool and you can relax atmosphere is very comfy quiet stuff as well and they always clean your rooms - so if youâre going out, just keep in mind they will be cleaning your rooms each day maybe unless you specifically mention not to, provided food is decent but for the noodles option the use Maggie noodles if youâre aware, it is sort of an...
Read moreThe worst place to stay, do not book here. Not at all what it looks like in photos. The bed sheets were dirty with stains, the bathroom was disgustingly stinky smelt like sewerage. We had to keep the door closed. On arrival there was no fridge, no safety deposit box. When they gave it to us eventually we werenât allowed to turn the fridge on until nighttime and our food/drinks went off. Half of the things it is meant to include, it does not. The safe box was broken. There was hidden cameras in the TV and have reported to booking.com. The pool was like a big bath, and not blue. The beds were 2 singles pushed together, not a double like we booked. The staff were unprofessional and never at reception. The hotel is down a small alley/shop and very confusing to find. There was a very uneasy unsafe feeling and we had to leave straight away and find alternative accommodation immediately. Very noisy near the main road, not soundproof at all. Would never...
Read moreJust 5mins away from Ubud palace. Their rooms are small just to keep 1 big bag but the washroom is big like really biggg. That's what I like about this place. They have a good homemade breakfast (tried fried rice) and awesome juice (tried papaya & watermelon). Too bad we had this breakfast on the last day of our checkout. Rented motorbike from them as well. However we didn't like the manager's behaviour on our last day. He asked us to leave on time (12pm) but as we just came from our Mt.Batur trek (for which we left in the morning 2AM), so I said will leave by 12.30 and he started explaining what their policy n all. I told him on the first day we got room & check-in @6pm so it won't be possible for us to leave by 12pm. I'm not sure why the owner sent him to collect our full & final payment instead of waiting for us to come to their reception (as the owners knew we were back from our Mt Batur trek as I made a booking through...
