Last Tuesday evening, my visit to The Sayan House was a delightful experience. As soon as I arrived at 7:30 PM, the vibrant atmosphere, accentuated by a live band and an exceptional singer, set the mood for the evening. I was immediately escorted to my seat, bypassing any wait time.

The ambiance at The Sayan House is notably romantic, making it an ideal spot for couples. Although I missed the sunset view, which is said to be spectacular around 6 PM, the nighttime vista was still breathtaking.

The service was commendable with friendly and courteous waiters. The meal kicked off with a complimentary appetizer of egg mayo on chips – a delicious and unexpected treat. The culinary highlights included the Unagi Sushi, bursting with flavor, and the Guacamole Roll Sushi, which paired wonderfully with chili mayonnaise.

I also tried the Los de Sashimi Tacos and Los de Camaron. Both were excellent, featuring fresh sashimi and a harmonious blend of flavors. I personally would have preferred hard tacos and added some chili mayonnaise for an extra kick.

Though the signature cocktails seemed enticing, I chose the more economical lime squash, which was refreshing. However, I'm curious to try their cocktails in the future.

For the finale, I had the Bravo Ramen, a fusion Japanese dish. It was surprisingly impressive, unique, and comforting, serving as a perfect end to a meal filled with sushi and tacos.

A pleasant surprise was their premium toilet facilities, arguably the finest in Bali.

The only downside to The Sayan House is the pricing. For two people, the total came to 770K IDR, which included two sushi dishes, four pieces of tacos, a ramen, and a drink. While not inexpensive, I believe the quality of the food and the overall dining experience...

Listen up, because I'm gonna tell you about Sayan House Ubud, a restaurant that truly knows how to deliver on all fronts. This place is breathtaking, with views that will take your breath away and a romantic atmosphere that sets the stage for a truly unforgettable meal.

Let's talk about the food, because that's what it's all about, isn't it? The menu is a fusion of international and Asian flavors that are simply outstanding. The Ceviche del Mar was a revelation, with fresh ingredients and a flavor explosion in every bite. The tacos were a triumph, with fillings that were both juicy and succulent. The Harusame Salad was a delicate balance of flavors, offering a light and refreshing contrast to the bolder dishes. The Sashimi Gunkan was an absolute work of art, with melt-in-your-mouth sashimi that was beautifully presented. The Roasted Duck was expertly prepared, showcasing the chef's mastery of this classic dish with its tender and juicy meat. The Beef Steak was cooked to absolute perfection, with a rich and robust flavor that lingered on the palate.

And let's not forget about the dessert. The Matcha Cheese Cake and Matcha Tiramisu were both rich, decadent, and simply divine. These creations balanced a subtle green tea flavor with a satisfying sweetness that left a lasting impression.

In conclusion, Sayan House Ubud is a restaurant that truly delivers on every level. From the breathtaking views to the exceptional cuisine, this is a dining experience that should not be missed. If you're looking for a restaurant that will leave you feeling like a food critic, then Sayan House Ubud is the...

The Sayan House never fails to impress! On every visit, I'm greeted with outstanding food and impeccable service. Before we even placed our order, they surprised us with snacks. Those little gestures make the dining experience at The Sayan House genuinely exceptional. This place has become my go-to in Ubud! Not only the views from there are amazing, both the days and nights. The food and drinks are also top-notch. The Sopa chawanmushi - a dish that blew my mind! The way they presented it was unique and also highly entertaining. My favourite cocktail is "The Lost in Japan." And for those who appreciate a tangy twist, I highly recommend the "Ayung Whisper".

They also have a vegan and vegetarian menu! It's wonderful to see a restaurant that offers such diverse options, ensuring everyone can enjoy a fantastic meal.

If you are a matcha lover, the matcha cheesecake at The Sayan House is super rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. As if this wasn't enough, they graciously ended each course with a complimentary watermelon sorbet. It's a refreshing and delightful palate cleanser, leaving you feeling refreshed and satisfied.

If you're seeking an extraordinary dining experience, look no further than The Sayan House. They have set the bar high with their unbeatable food, excellent service, creative cocktails, special vegan/vegetarian menu, delightful desserts, and thoughtful touches. Once you visit, you'll keep returning for more! I mean, I celebrated so many birthdays...

We celebrated my birthday at The Sayan House Restaurant, and it turned out to be an unforgettable evening. The setting is breathtaking – perched on a hillside with stunning views of the lush greenery and river below. The ambiance was both cozy and elegant, making it the perfect place to mark a special occasion with my family. For food, we started with the Sopa Chawanmushi, which was so good we ended up ordering it twice. It was smooth, delicate, and packed with flavor – easily one of the best versions I’ve ever had. I treated myself to the Grilled Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu A5, and it was exceptional. Melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and rich flavor that truly lived up to its reputation. For the kids, we ordered a burger and spaghetti, and both were spot on. Generous portions, well-cooked, and most importantly – the kids enjoyed every bite (which any parent will know is a big win!). The staff made the evening even more special with their warm and attentive service. They were thoughtful, patient with the kids, and made sure everything went smoothly. It really added to the celebration. Overall, celebrating my birthday at The Sayan House was a fantastic experience. From the incredible food to the amazing view and heartfelt service, it’s a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Ubud – whether for a special celebration or just a memorable dinner. I’ll definitely be back again!
