Wonton Club — Restaurant in Pulau Bali

My husband and I are vegetarian, Wonton Club have very limited option for us, basically only 1 wonton and 1 lamian noodle from the whole menu that is vegetarian. First time we went there everything was good, second time we went there for vegetarian menu with special requests noting I my gut had problems at the time. We called ahead to confirm this special requests and they have agreed as long as we came at certain time. 30 mins before the reservation, they called if we can come earlier which is not possible due to travel time, so they said OK to the original reservation time. Got there and the screw everything up saying they ran out of vegetarian menu, again, I have confirmed my orders and requests beforehand and will only order their vegetarian options, then all of the sudden they can only give us 1 portion of vegetarian wonton, and they got confused by spiced and spicy they put chilli in the lamian noddles when I have gut problems. We left unsatisfied. They apologised so I though I gave it a try one more time since my first experience was good and I love noodles. Order through gofood of the vegetarian wonton and lamian noodles, they gave me meat and seafood in the noodles. I called them straight away and the staff insisted that they gave me tofu in the noodles. I can tell the difference between seafood and meat and tofu. I had to argue for awhile until the staff admitted the kitchen made a mistake. They said they will give me the owner's contact so I can be refunded since I cannot eat those and I wasn't about to wait another hour holding my hunger for replacement. There have been no contact from them until now. Really bad service, staffs doesn't take customers seriously, what a shame for what started as a good experience and good food to be one of my worst food experience, I highly don't recommend this place. I got the eggplant salad and mixed it with the truffle rice, spicy. Took out the peas and added 2 eggs. If you do this you will be in a state of trance. Absolute Heaven on Earth! This rice is so unique and light. It felt organic. Everything is full of so much flavour! Also get the tofu mushroom dumpling boiled with spicy sauce! It’s huge and cooked to perfection. Never had a dumpling take me 3 bites to eat😂The best ratio of a thin dumpling as well. I hate thick dumplings, so this was beyond perfect. Super cute pillows, great chill house music. They also have hot jamu with red ginger. I’ve never had it before! So innovative. The pale ale is sooo smooth. This beer didn’t make me feel gassy.
