Mie Mapan - Imam Bonjol — Restaurant in Surabaya

The waitress is kinda annoying, you have to say something over and over again, before she gets you, I did order one portion for the take away, and nope, she didn't put it in the receipt.

Moreover, the resto is having an internet trouble or idk what happened, and we cannot pay cashless, again, the annoying waitress didnt tell us about it in the first place. Shouldnt the waitress tell us about it since before we ordered?

And also, some orders on the receipt are gone, and the cashier had to count it manually with a calculator, welp okay. What a weird experience. Will not going back here. I had enough with this kind of service. Better off to other...

Before moving to Imam Bonjol, cmiiw this outlet was located near Jl. Cokroaminoto. They moved to a bigger place on Imam Bonjol.

Parking lot (for car) is smaller than previous location. So one might have difficulty in finding parking spot.

Here I tried Mie Babat (tripe noodle) & Penyet Bakso Otot (cow muscle meat & meatball on chili relish). Here are my opinions on each menu

Penyet Bakso Otot : Meatball & muscle meat are fried, chili relish isn't too spicy (do order medium-level), accompanied with white rice. Such a perfect combination.

Tripe noodle : Ok. Noodle is served in gigantic bowl (pardon my hiperbolic word), so one might think one...

Went here when i was at Amaris Hotel (02-05-2023)

The food is worth the money, but the personal services kinda.....lack of energy (since my visit was around 8pm, i guess fine), waiting time is a bit long (almost 30 min for 1 meal)8:08pm 8:32pm.

Bought chicken katsu noodle + sweet ice tea. Was a bit worth due the taste (if it comes longer than 30 min, i'd question the staff) compared to where i worked on similar chinese noodle restaurant (same crowd, was about 14 person dine in) but the food coming faster yet still...
