Needless to say, five stars for this legendary restaurant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are in Jogja, it's not complete if you haven't tasted the taste of the typical Jogja food, Gudeg. This restaurant is one of the legends that serves the Gudeg menu in the wet category, which is rich in savory, spicy, and delicious flavors.
Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, you needed to wait until 9 pm to be able to enjoy this typical Jogja dish, but since Covid-19, this restaurant has started to open at 8 pm.
You will get a lesehan experience, with a singing service that is directly brought by several street musicians, and coupled with a drink of wedang ronde which is available as a friend to eat Gudeg in the evening.

Price is reasonable, not too much commercialize...
But in the resent year... the taste has change a little bit... Im not quite enjoy it anymore. But they still the best and authentic.
Like many other traditional restorant in Jogja, when they want to go big, management issue is the main challenge. Place is too hot, no aircon, not clean enough, crowded with people smoke everywhere.
Thanks God there were Gojek and Grab... so if you dont want to go all sweaty.. just order it online... dont forget they open late...
