Be careful when eating at this place and avoid paying with a credit card!!!!!!!!!!!

We had lunch at a restaurant today at 2:00 p.m. We ordered our food and were asked to pay the amount we ordered. Whether or not this was the restaurant's policy, we complied. The cashier reread our order and told us the amount to pay. We explained to him that we were paying by card, whereupon the waitress quickly handed us a credit card payment device and asked us to place our card in a designated area without showing the amount on the device. He then gave us an electronic receipt for our food order and a credit card receipt. As usual, I checked the credit card transaction. The electronic receipt we received wasn't for the food we ordered; it also showed a receipt for the order before ours. When I later checked the credit card receipt, I realized I had paid over 81,000 rupiah more than the amount I had ordered. we complained about this irregularity. They advised us to wait a bit longer, which made me suspicious; they seemed neither guilty nor nervous. We waited, then they gave us a receipt for our order and paid our excess in cash. The funny thing is, they didn't check for another customer whose order I had previously paid for (I assumed the bill had been swapped). It was really strange!! I was pretty sure they were trying to secretly steal my money.

Chanced upon this restaurant while looking for food at Malioboro and managed to satisfy our Indo craving. We been looking for fish and the Ikan Gurame was amazing. It was also already cut down and so easy to eat. The rest of the food were delicious too and rice was refillable, and an amazing variety of sambal.

Only the egg was a bit too fried and oily and did not expect syrup in my coconut juice.

Pelayanan josss... Saya pesan utk 40 orang DP 300k diterima. Dan makanan disajikan tepat waktu. Rasa makanan dan minuman nya g ada yang gagal. Waitress bolak balik cek struk utk memastikan tidak ada makanan yg terlewat disajikan. Nasi dan sambal bebas refill, ada 5/6 pilihan sambal. FAV kami sambal "PAWON SERUMPUN" jangan sampai g cobain yaa... Ada wasfatel Ruang ada indoor kap 24 orang, outdoor kurleb 40orang. Meja dan kursi bersih. Semua menu² yang ada di foto buku menu sangat² menggiurkan namun apalah daya lambung yg terbatas jadi hanya pesan beberapa. Saking joss pelayanannya, saya DP 300k dan saya pribadi cuma habis 275k, di transfer balik lho DP lebih nya. Big thanks buat team Pawon...
