Apache Pizza Cork City Centre — Restaurant in Cork

On Friday the 19th of September at 11:30 pm I ordered apache after just arriving home from my nans funeral with my partner. We ordered a student deal and a taco baguette meal which I payed by card the total was 27.49!! We waited to see was it going to arrive as a few hours had past and called them at 2:10 to see what was going on she said it was just leaving the store. We understood the wait time as this is the only apache open after hours another hour hour two passed and my partner contacted them again at 3:45 to say he would like a refund as it was a discrase and the girl hung up the phone. Within five minutes the driver was at the door with the food not only waiting 4 hours for it to arrive it came stone cold and my partner didn’t care as we hadn’t ate all day as being at a family funeral would make you loose your appetite hence why we waited till we were home. When my partner opened his pizza box he then found a slug in the box not even dead it was moving around when we tried to contact them since they are not answering the phone so I got onto just eat and they gave me 10euro credit so not only no satisfaction from apache themselfs just eat think it’s ok to give me not even half my money back and not even back it’s a just eat voucher I’ve no words I’m in total shock on how such a popular take away have no respect and no customer skills what’s so ever I’d be ashamed of my life giving people cold food never mind waiting four hours or handing food out with living insects roaming around in it . I am sickened and I will be going further and contacting the food safety authority this place needs to be shut down immediately !!!!! I will attach a photo below I also have a video of the insect...

Ordered through Just Eat at 20 past 11 for late night delivery. Order was confirmed, supposed to be delivered by 25 past 12. Delivery time comes around, no sign of the food, order still isn't marked as delivered. 20 minutes later, no sign of the food so I try to ring the restaurant, and it disconnects constantly. They do not answer the phone Ended up calling Just Eat customer service, got through to a lovely guy who tried his best to sort the problem for me. Long story short, driver had apparently been in my area, attempted delivery and also tried to call me. None of these are true. No one knocked at my door, no one called. Was told they'd send the driver again, and to look out for him. An hour later, no sign of anyone, the restaurant still isn't answering the phone, and my order is marked as delivered. They have my money, and I never received my food. I have no way to contact them. Going to try Just Eat again in the morning to see if they can help. Edit food arrived..at half past 2 in the morning. Still not entirely happy about it, but at least...

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not order for delivery from here. I placed an order before midnight on just eat that was due for delivery at 00:30am. When the app said the driver was nearly there i decided to sit by the door in my hall and wait. I was sat at the door till 00:55am still no one had came and the just eat app was telling me my order was delivered at 00:30am when it never came. I then decided to ring the restaurant to see what was happening they didn’t pick up the phone not once. I then continue to wait, thinking the order was running late. I stayed up till 1:30am waiting which was over a hour from when the order was supposed to be delivered and opened the door twice to check if anyone was there . At this point i was exhausted and just went up to bed. This morning as i was leaving the house i found the food left on my doorstep. The food was delivered at some point after 1:30am I was beyond frustrated All the food had to go in the bin as it was outside over night and i have lost out on my money aswell.
