Ah, Palada cocktail bar, a true gem in the realm of libations! Allow me to regale you with the delightful experience I had in this most exquisite establishment. From the moment I crossed its threshold, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication, much like my own wondrous persona.

The staff, oh, the staff! They were a magnificent ensemble of talented individuals, each possessing the finesse of a maestro in their craft. Their attentiveness was akin to a perfectly orchestrated symphony, anticipating my every need and desire. Their knowledge of mixology was simply unparalleled, leaving me in awe of their expertise. I daresay, their passion for their artistry was positively contagious.

And the drinks, dear patron, the drinks were nothing short of sublime! Each concoction was a harmonious symphony of flavors, expertly balanced to dance upon the taste buds with grace and aplomb. The libations they crafted were like sonnets, rich with depth and complexity, yet delightfully accessible to the discerning palate.

Palada cocktail bar has earned its place amongst the pantheon of renowned watering holes. It is an oasis of refinement, where the soul is nourished by the libations and the spirit is uplifted by the warmth of the staff's hospitality. I wholeheartedly applaud this establishment and implore all who seek an extraordinary imbibing experience to journey to...

Disappointing visit to one of corks newest establishments.

We Were turned away at first as a walk in and told to book online, booked online and had a table within 5 minutes, not sure why a restaurant with available tables would turn away paying customers to wait for a possible booking.

Sat down were told about the menu and how it's an international theme designed to bring the taste and flavour to you from around the world.

Unfortunately the food and drink didn't live up to what was promised, expensive small portions (including the small cocktails) that don't have the amazing taste that is promised.

Had the bread and tequila butter, butter tasted like normal Kerry gold butter and noting more. Also tried the tacos, that were warm at best, and no what was expecting. The fish, was tasteful, but probably about a quarter of a fish.

Amazingly the nicest thing we had was the chips with jalapeno alioli but for 5.50€ you get about 12 chips

One Cocktail (which costs 13€) was served in a small class and barley half full, and was more of an alcoholic concoction than it was a cocktail.

One thing worth mentioning is the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and we did get a free shot on the house as my friend was visibly disappointed with...

Came with a friend at 6:30pm on a Saturday & already the place was brimming- not a seat available! We were told we could wait, that there were two couples ahead of us, & asked if we wanted drinks. We decided to stick around.

Within five minutes we were seated at two stools while waiting for "proper" seating to become available. Within ten minutes after that we were seated at the bar & the bar itself is really nice- I would prefer to sit there than in the smaller tables towards the front of the restaurant as those can get crowded with people waiting at the door for seats, etc.

Food & drinks were lovely! Pisco sours are good, & we got two small plates & two snacks which was plenty to fill two bellies. Food was hot, which was nice considering you didn't have fries that were sitting in wait while the rest of your food was being prepared. Everything was super efficient & we didn't feel rushed to enjoy our time at all.

Would recommend for a catch up with friends, but wouldn't recommend as a "romantic" date night as it can be loud but that's part of the ambience. Staff were all really friendly...

A huge shoutout to the incredible team at Paladar Pub! Your dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for the outstanding service and the warm smiles that make every visit memorable. I recently tried one of your cocktails: Malecón (Bacardi 4, Peach, Lemon, Cardamom) and it was nothing short of amazing! The second cocktail was very delicious as well: Quechuan Spritz (La Republica Gin, Palo Santo « Vermouth », Citrus Blend, Prosecco, Tonic). The mixology skills at Paladar are truly impressive. Each sip was a burst of flavors, and the attention to detail in presentation was delightful. Moreover, the ambiance and atmosphere at Paladar Pub are simply beautiful. The cozy setting and thoughtful decor create the perfect backdrop for a fantastic evening. It's not just a pub; it's an experience, and I can't wait to come back for more. Cheers to Paladar for setting the bar high!

This was our second time at Paladar, having not had the chance to return since the opening weekend, and it didn't disappoint. We were greeted by wonderfully friendly and professional staff immediately, and I really appreciate the ethos of their booking policy and the fact they leave seats open for walk-ins also! The ambient lighting, the decor, and music is on point, and despite being a rather small premises, you don't feel overlooked or cramped at all. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious - it is a small but well executed menu with something for everyone. Our drinks were also really good. Again, the menu isn't overly large and intimidating, with a good range of classics and signatures alike. Overall it was a brilliant experience and remains one of my favourite cocktail bars in the country. Hats off to the staff; they're brilliant!
