I’m for certain you would have been to better Chinese restaurants. I was the only customer eating in this evening which was fine. The radio was on as background music and presentable I guess. The waiter was lovely and sat me down promptly to take my order while guarding the door. There is a lot selection to order from. The plate I was given was hot but had crud on it and one side slight oily. I don’t was happy with the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style with fried rice. However, my vegetable spring roll was not done right - one side was very soggy while the other crisp.

Read moreOrdered food at 19:45 with delivery at 20:50.... .Called the restaurant at 21:15 asking for an update. Calling another time at 22:30 to ask for an update just to be told that the food hasn't even left the restaurant.... No sign of trying to de-escalate the situation..... After explaining that the food will take approx 20 min(!) for a route that is about 8 min and I got no answer if the food will be still hot once arrived.... Order has been cancelled by the restaurant after not trying at all to de-escalate the situation. This is the worst customer service I've experienced ... If you stay open in the current corona situation make sure you are...

Unfortunately many of the dishes do not deliver the taste sensation you'd hoped for. The sauces - hugely important for the meals being served - have generally seemed dilute, anaemic and anonymous, in my experience. Several dishes have been delivered with sliced carrots and peas as the vegetable component - not quite traditional Chinese accompaniments - just cheap filler. I hope these lovely people can do better and I would like to report something positive when they do. I don't feel like checking very...
