This is a great wine shop with a nice coffee and snacks offering. It’s also a wine bar in the evening. It looks really inviting when you’re passing by. I bought a bottle of red wine from southern Italy which has become my favourite called Scala Ciro. It’s a really light red that goes with most dishes. Well done to Gerard and his team, they really know their wines and are really helpful. Good luck with your future plans.

Excellent wine shop and of course wine selection with decent value also. Added there is a fine wine celar here that has alot of unique and excellent vintages from all over the world. This is now my go to place and would definetely reccommend you visit, just allow some time to spend here and find your gem.

Arguably one of the finest places in the greater Dublin area, perfect for enjoying drinks with friends, sharing an intimate evening with a loved one, or reconnecting with family. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is both vibrant and inviting.

We were really looking forward to trying out 64 Wine, but our experience with service let us down. I had a booking but had to cancel it 25 mins before (babysitter issues). In the end it turned out we were able to go so we decided to take a chance and see in person if there was any availability. The server was excellent (I forgot his name) as he checked for space and found where we could sit which was great). Then at ordering we were told we needed to give up our table. We then were told we could move outside and could be given blankets because it was cold, which was fine, but then the server (I forgot her name) never came out with the blankets so we left. If you sit someone outside in cold temperatures and say you will bring blankets, you shouldn’t need to wait 10mins for them when it’s freezing!

So essentially: If you give someone a table (e.g a walk-in), you don’t take it away again if an online booking just comes in. If you sit someone outside don’t let them wait...

absolute best selection of the best winemakers anywhere in the world - simply awesome ... food is generally very good too but on my last visit they had a steak on at 28 euro and it was cut so smal/thin that the chef failed to cook it medium rare - twice... had to send it back both times. to be fair they handled it perfectly... i told them i didnt think it would be possible to cook it properly the way they had portioned it...in the end they took it off the menu which was obviusly a hard decision for them but shows their class and why i recount this tale here. I had hoped for the beef cheek which i had previously and it was perfect partner for the...

Always great food and wonderful value on wine by the glass or bottle. Their food is simple but excellent - you can always trust what's on the menu. In the past I've mainly come in for wine in the evening, but I stopped in here the other day for a bite to eat at lunchtime after having blood tests done nearby - was feeling a bit woozy, and their excellent vegetarian sandwich (toasted sourdough, grilled veggies, goat cheese) with a little tangy salad really hit the spot. Not heavy, but still satisfying - a hard balance to strike especially at lunchtime. Very reasonable prices, friendly service and a lovely atmosphere - what more could...
