There were foremen who felt sorry for us and who did their best to ease our situation, at least at the building site. But even they kept on reminding us that an ordinary labourer did several times as much work as we did, and in a shorter time. But they did see reason if they were told that a normal workman did not live on 10-1/2 ounces of bread (theoretically—actually we often had less) and 1- 3/4 pints of thin soup per day; that a normal labourer did not live under the mental stress we had to submit to ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What was that paragraph about ? Well that's from Mans search for meaning, a story about a concentration camp. I thought they would appreciate it because that pretty much describes how much meat I got. I have been going to Boojum for years , (Other locations) The food I got today was Stone cold. The sour cream made the meal ice cold. AND THAT WAS ME SITTING IN. It was literally colder than a burrito that I normally get in Abbey street and walk home with . The worst was that there was just so little meat in it . I am paying about 12 euro for a wrap , rice , some sauce + meat, CAN I AT LEAST GET 4 euros worth of meat :( Poor experience

We love Mexican food & as our family grows their taste buds & appreciate it too it’s great to be able to eat out at the likes of Boojum. Food was outstanding, a smorgasbord of a menu! Extremely filling & tasty. Service was second to none, servers were friendly, knowledgeable & appeared to enjoy their work. The location was classy too, Hanover Quay was beautiful at night, well lit, with a safe, young, trendy go to place sort of vibe. I’d recommend Boojum - Hanover Quay to all my family & friends 100%.

The best place to get quick grab of Mexican food. The burrito bowl is just awesome and is customised according to one taste buds. The flavoured rice, pinto beans, meat, spicy sauce, guacamole just delicious. The only downside is that the restaurant gets crowded at peak hours and takes time get your meal. The quantity of food at that price point is amazing and would definitely recommend this meal.

Not going to review the food today as the experience here was terrible and reminded me of why I had stopped coming here.

I was there around 8:40 PM while there were a few people eating at tables. After I placed my order and paid, I was told that it was apparently "takeout only". When I pointed at the people eating at tables, they said that the last hour when they're open it's takeout only as eat-in shuts at 8:30 while the restaurant closes at 9:30.

Please bear in mind that this is NOT mentioned anywhere and the timings at their door just call out the closing time of 9:30 PM. It would have been okay if I was told this BEFORE I placed my order. But they casually mentioned it in a very "matter of fact" way AFTER I made the payment as if it was something obvious that I should've known.

It's a pity that I'm going to not recommend this place purely because of the attitude of the staff and these cheap tactics that they...

I love the place and the food of course. However I have had really bad treatment on Friday evening.

TL;DR: careful while using your loyalty card. You may be treated as a scammer.

Edit: after I raised the issue to the customer service. They immediately took action and mailed me free burrito cards. Thanks, great service!

Background story: I have been an avid boojumer for months so I have quite some accumulated free burrito from my loyalty card and I wanted to use them. However the lady in the counter told me that she can't accept my loyalty card credit because they look like I did it myself without buying the actual burritos. I said that's of course not the case but she torn my card and my 2 free burrito credit is gone. It's not about money or anything but I was treated like I'm a scammer and trying to get free food by telling a lie. I paid myself and left but felt terrible.

This was not...
