Valentino Cafe turned out to be a major disappointment. We found this place on the internet, expecting a delightful experience, but it was far from that. The pistachio flavor tasted extremely chemical-based, lacking any semblance of natural taste. It was a far cry from the genuine nutty flavor one would expect. The cakes, on the other hand, were overly sweet and too moist, almost soggy, giving the impression that they were far from fresh. It felt like they had been sitting around for too long, losing both their texture and appeal. The only saving grace of Valentino Cafe was the coffee. The brews were indeed great, providing a stark contrast to the rest of the menu. If not for the coffee, I would have rated this place zero. The disappointment was palpable with every bite and sip of anything other than the coffee. It's frustrating when a cafe doesn't live up to its online reputation, and Valentino Cafe certainly didn't. In hindsight, I wish we had chosen Cafe Nero next door, which consistently serves better coffee and likely a superior overall experience. Valentino Cafe is overrated, and I would definitely not come back. This is just an honest review, reflecting my genuine disappointment with this place.

5 star for bakery items and 2 star desserts, coffee and hot chocolate. Went here multiple times with my friends and tried a few pastries and dessert items. Their pastry section is very good. Crossaints are fluffy and light weight like clouds. Pistachi stuffed crossaints are also good as the stuffing is perfectly sweet and light. Apricot stuffed danish was also delicious. Desserts that we tried were okayish. Strawberry tarts had jelly that smelled like petrol, and ricottini was also okayish. Cappuccino and hot chocolate had a higher proportion of milk that made it them taste more like milk and less like coffee or hot chocolate. But their bakery items are very delicious, so they must be tried.

Their Veg Croissant is a must try, if you are a vegetarian. Coffees are amazing - we tried Cappuccino & Latte. We also tried the Elcair Pistachio and it was good - personally I would have preferred it warm ! So, I visited this bakery for the third time and it’s my go to place now. All the food options are just amazing. Plus, you get a lot of beverages options. The staff has always been very cordial and nice. If you are looking to enjoy some coffee in peace, beside the river then it’s a good place. Definitely recommend it ! Pizzas could have been better - so you might wanna set your expectation in terms of what to expect :) All and all, it’s a must visit ! Cheers,

Bought big chocolate cake around 15:30 for my friend's birthday. The birthday message text on the cake was all over the place, your staff by the cashier kindly tried to re-position each letter on the cake collecting them from the bottom of the cake box. Letter B for birthday was totally broken so I had to deliver a cake that says "Happy irthday" on it. Your staff told me that there is nobody in the shop to rewrite the message so I had to take it the way it is. What is not nice is that you are well able to charge me 35 euros 1 day before you prepare the cake, you are a bakery: making cakes is not your side job but your main business, you are making cakes for people's special days. But you don't have someone in your shop to make a small B letter in time of need. You are giving me a cake that says Happy irthday on it and expect me to mortify myself delivering this to my friend. This happened around withing normal working hours, how come a bakery does not have anyone in-house to do a small letter? Birthdays happen once a year, I can't bring another cake the next day, if you are in this business you need to make sure that you are doing it right. If it was my shop and if was selling birthday cakes and if I fail to deliver what I am supposed to deliver I would either charge only the half or offer a gift of other products as an apology. Something unexpected might have happened maybe your staff was sick etc, I understand that but as a business you need to know to compensate problems...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming café, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. The café's décor was tasteful, with cozy seating arrangements and beautiful artwork adorning the walls.

The menu offered a delightful selection of beverages and delectable treats. The baristas were skilled and passionate, crafting each drink with precision and care. My cappuccino was a work of art, with a perfect balance of rich espresso and velvety foam. The pastries I indulged in were fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients.

The café staff provided exceptional service, with attentive and friendly servers who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The ambiance was conducive to relaxation and conversation, making it an ideal spot for meeting friends or enjoying some peaceful solitude.

Furthermore, the café's commitment to sustainability was evident, with eco-friendly practices and locally sourced ingredients. This attention to ethical practices added to the overall appeal and made me appreciate the café even more.

In conclusion, this café delivered an exceptional experience through its cozy atmosphere, delicious offerings, attentive service, and commitment to sustainability. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable...
