Camile Ballsbridge — Restaurant in Dublin

The atmosphere was the only thing I was pleased with. Food was okay, edible, not extraordinary. I had their special fried rice with chicken and prawn. With everything in it, it felt bland. I don't know why. However, the service was the worst. I was having my dessert, was going to leave in 15 minutes. However, the staff came and said, "can you finish quickly because other customers are waiting." No "please" "sorry" or "thank you". Nothing. I was like what just happened??? There are so many chairs and they couldn't sit there. I was sitting on the smallest table occupying 2 chairs and they wanted me to finish quickly without saying sorry or please. Just leave!!

Never going there again. Horrible experience. Is it because I had darker skin and they thought they could tell me get out while white skin couldn't stand and wait. I'm an introvert and cannot speak in public properly. I felt so humiliated and was down the entire day for what I faced.

What kind of manners you guys are taught I have no idea. Good luck running a business with...

Second bad experience in a row. First time thought it was a once off.

Meal was mostly peppers. Zero cashew nuts, 1 piece of broccoli in her dish none in mine.

I was hungry and ate all mine.

Once I finished I said to my partner that was crap I only got 4 pieces of protein and she said she only got 5. Both were mostly peppers.

When I rang to let them know they offered to collect them and recook them but I had already eaten mine and my partner ate everything but the peppers.

Just seems bad that twice in a row both of our meals are packed with pepper and no protein. Lazy cooking and poor quality control.

I was offered starters but I ordered mains.

I paid for a service and they basically robbed me and gave me a poor experience.

On the phone he told me I should have realised this earlier and called. Sorry I was hungry mate and I didn’t get out a flashlight and count the veg and protein before eating.

Terrible service and awful...

I had one of the worst food experiences in my life at this restaurant👎👎. Service was totally inadequate and customer service way below standards. Total confusion in order and when one of our orders was delayed and after almost 25mins I checked with the staff whether they forgot the order, they said no and wasn't even apologetic for the delay, said the chef had kept it on the side, as if it is our fault and not them to be sorry about. Worst Thai food I have eaten in my life. The balance of flavors is so bad, it tasted more Fish sauce than the actual Thai flavors which is balanced. Unless the management and service team, along with the chef isn't new or different, I would never ever recommend this place to eat Thai...
