Visited Kiisaan with my husband on Valentine's Day. I highly recommend booking in advance through their website. **Taste:** Poppadoms with three types of condiments were complimentary for all the tables. Each table even received a rose for Valentine's Day, which was a lovely gesture. - **Starters:** We enjoyed the Mango Nojito and Samosa Chaat. Both were refreshing and full of flavour. - **Mains:** We ordered Desi Chowmein, Kadhai Paneer, and Lachcha Parantha. The Kadhai Paneer came with complimentary rice or naan, but we found the Desi Chowmein lacked some saltiness. The naan was very soft and enjoyable. - **Dessert:** We tried the Ras Malai; it was slightly chewy. **Service:** Compared to other restaurants I've visited, their service was quite good. **Place:** It’s a cosy restaurant, but it felt a bit congested due to the number of customers present in the evening. **Washroom:** They have separate washrooms for men and women. Both are clean, and the full-length mirror outside the washroom is a nice touch. **Parking:** Since it's located just around the corner, parking nearby can be somewhat difficult. However, you can find paid parking in nearby lanes during office hours and then walk to the restaurant.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Kiisaan, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was exceptional - flavorful, authentic Indian cuisine with generous portion sizes that left us completely satisfied. Their menu offers an impressive variety of options, including numerous vegetarian dishes that looked equally tempting. The service was friendly and professional, creating a warm atmosphere perfect for our special occasion. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance with beautiful decor. Everything from the appetizers to the main courses showcased fresh ingredients and skillful preparation with aromatic spices that truly captured the essence of Indian cuisine. The restaurant is spotlessly clean with superb facilities. Kiisaan offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Indian dining experience in Dublin. We’ll definitely be returning to try more dishes from their extensive menu!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Kiisaan, a new Indian Restaurant. The staff was very attentive and friendly. This was our first experience with Indian food so we needed some advice from the waitstaff. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and he helped us a lot on choosing the best for ourselves. We ordered Butter Chicken Bao as a starter, which was very soft, perfectly spiced and delicious. We also ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Korma, we were impressed. The kids menu has many options including chicken nuggets and chips which was a very nice choice for our little one. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. It was our first Indian food experience and I’m sure we’ll definetly be returning soon to try the others from the menu. And we loved the painting that was hang on the wall next to our table.

If I could give O stars, I WOULD.

I had an absolutely terrible and frightening experience here. I originally planned to use the restroom first and then order food. However, the restroom door malfunctioned, and I ended up being trapped inside for over 20 minutes. The restroom was extremely small, the lighting was harsh and burning hot on my face, and there was barely any air circulation — I was sweating, panicking, and struggling to breathe. I kept banging on the door and calling for help, but no one responded until my boyfriend came looking for me and asked the staff for assistance.

Shockingly, none of the staff showed any concern or offered any apology — they treated it like it was somehow my fault. I asked for the manager, but it took him more than half an hour to arrive. When he finally showed up, he didn’t apologise either. Instead, he locked himself inside the restroom to “prove” that there was no problem and insisted it was not their fault. He even accused me of making a big deal out of nothing and causing unnecessary trouble. Worse yet, he called the police and falsely told them that I was being unreasonable and creating a scene — a complete lie.

The reality is, I hadn’t even ordered food yet because I planned to do so after using the restroom. The police quickly realized there was no real issue, simply took down our information, and left. However, the manager’s attitude was absolutely terrifying. The way he stared at me was full of hostility and aggression, making me feel extremely unsafe.

I firmly believe there was an element of racism and discrimination involved. Throughout the whole incident, I was treated with arrogance, contempt, and complete disregard for my safety and dignity — simply because of who I am.

This was by far one of the worst and most humiliating experiences I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Stay far away if you care about your safety, dignity, and basic...

I recently visited Kiisaan, and it was an amazing experience! I have eaten Indian food many times before, but the taste here is truly unmatched. The flavors were rich, the meats were perfectly cooked, and every dish was full of depth and aroma.

The lamb shank nihari was incredibly tender, falling off the bone effortlessly, with deep, aromatic spices that made every bite delicious. The butter chicken had an amazing balance of creaminess and bold flavors—it reminded me of the first time I had butter chicken at Moti Mahal Restaurant in Darya Ganj, Delhi. That nostalgic taste made it even more special. The lamb chops were well-seasoned and cooked to perfection.

And what can we say about Tandoori Chicken? Simply outstanding! The smoky, charred flavors combined with the perfect blend of spices made it one of the highlights of the meal.

The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent—attentive and friendly staff made the experience even better. I have tried Indian food many times, but this taste is unbeatable. I highly recommend Kiisaan to anyone, whether you’re new to Indian cuisine or a...
