Our team was eagerly looking forward to a delightful Christmas dinner at this restaurant. However what could have been a festive and joyous occasion turned into a sour experience, primarily due to the manager's disappointing attitude. Despite our efforts to book a table for our Team Christmas dinner (6 members only), a mix-up with email communication led to the cancellation of our reservation. Unfortunately the manager didn't extend any understanding or offer a solution. Instead, he exhibited an inflexible and unaccommodating attitude. What struck us most was the manager's lack of empathy and willingness to find a middle ground. Our team members had travelled from distant places to gather for this occasion, yet the manager's refusal to offer an alternative time or even a slight delay felt unnecessarily harsh. While the restaurant might offer good food and ambiance, the managerial approach and lack of flexibility regarding unforeseen circumstances left a bitter taste in our mouths. We hope the management considers adopting a more customer centric approach in the future to avoid dampening the spirits of...

I was expecting a chicken leg, a piece of lamb with a bit of a bone, and a juicy merguez...
Instead, the chicken was scarce and was a dry breast diced tiny, the lamb was as dry as the sahara, the merguez were way too dry and the couscous itself tasted like the end of the pot that stayed over the vapour way too long. And when did the parsnip in the couscous...
