The quantity is very sufficient. One person can't finish the set meal at all. It is still delicious as always, with good color, fragrance and taste. I will try other foods I haven't eaten next time. The food in the store is very delicious, the shape is also very beautiful, and the fragrance is very unique. It is the most delicious food I have eaten. I will come to this place again in the future. I decided to sit in and try this place out 10 minutes ago, because I was absolutely ravenous and the cheap lunch deals plastered all over the shop front successfully allured me.

When I sat down, the first thing I noticed was that there were no sauces, condiments or anything on any of the tables. There were 2 staff on the floor; both of them were weirdly hostile. I knew what was coming was not going to be good but I was not bothered to leave and find somewhere else to eat.

I ordered the ‘korean stir fried pork belly’ bento box, that came with miso soup, along with a portion of salt and chilli chicken wings, which was all delivered to my table in under 10 minutes.. possibly even 5 minutes.

All of it was practically tasteless. Not one thing was even remotely close to being seasoned with an adequate amount of salt, let alone any other seasonings. The miso soup in particular literally tasted like old dish water. The chicken wings had zero salt & chilli flavour on them, but instead this strange, slightly sweet cinammon flavour with an unpleasant aftertaste. Just that flavour, nothing else. They sat on top of some chopped onions and peppers, which were practically raw and had an equally strange taste. However, the worst part of the meal was the pork in the bento box. There was no pork belly to be seen, which is obviously what I ordered, but I instead received a mound of some sort of extremely minced up pork remnants..? Which was again surrounded in a huge amount of practically raw vegetables, and swimming in a puddle of oil. The only flavour I tasted from it was a slight chilli heat, nothing more or less.

Overall, it was absolutely terrible. I still ate about half of it all, because of how hungry I was, but it pained me to pay for that bill. i do NOT recommend this place. Worst asian food I’ve ever eaten in this city for sure. I acknowledge the fact that there are hundreds of other dishes available off the menu, along with the fact that this place seems like it’s all about hot pots and korean bbq… but that’s besides...

Rude and horrible place with zero respect for the customer and customer’s time, rude and manipulative. 10/10 would not recommend at all, even if I was paid to do so.

I do not usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this one here was downright unacceptable. Went down and ordered a takeaway from the shop in person, placed my order, and ended up waiting for 30 minutes and yet my order was not even prepared. Bearing in mind that 2 other customers that were here after me had already received their orders. When I made queries as to my order, there was an absolute blatant disregard from what seems to be the the boss and the lady boss of the shop, (and i spoke to them in mandarin, clarifying it here, just in case they try to pull stunts, claiming language barrier of sorts, which I wouldn’t be surprised). And tried to gaslight me by saying that they arrived earlier, which they very evidently have not.

To make matters worse, aside from the constant excuses made, the final straw was when they even went on to the extent of invalidating the time I had spent there waiting. The boss said, and I quote, in mandarin, “It wasn’t that long after all”. Totally unapologetic with zero remorse, and at the end of the ordeal, when I said I no longer wanted my order and trying to seek for an honest and logical explanation, the boss then tried to manipulate me by telling me that the kitchen was ‘already preparing’ my order. For the love of God, they obviously have not, and even the most gullible and naive person would know. Nice try. Worse kind of service staff to deal with. One word, HORRENDOUS.

I personally cannot speak to the quality of the food, as I have not gotten to try it, due to the above mentioned. However, I can attest to the tragic level of service presented. With that said, I doubt the food would be any better, and even if it was good, they are definitely NOT worth...
