MindFool Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Dublin

This is my Saturday stop almost every saturday. My daughter has swimming lessons in the sports complex there and I used to get a coffee there every time I went. The service was always FANTASTIC and the coffee was unwaveringly excellent. They recently had a bit of a rebrand and some very noticeable changes were made to the menu and aesthetics. Which inspired me to actually have a proper meal there - well toasted sandwiches - and they were so delicious. This is honestly the cutest little coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The owners are the sweetest people I’ve ever met and I truly love both their menu and the quality of their products. The cafe’s vibe is extremely relaxing and full of positivity! There’s even relaxing music in the background, real cafe music as I call it. Just wanted to do an updated review - This place still serves THE best coffee around.. Every single coffee is 10/10... I compare everywhere to Mindfool and they always come out ahead of everywhere else. Love this place 🤩💚

Without a doubt the BEST coffee in Dublin. (I'm not exaggerating) Not only is the coffee the best, but the pastries and handmade treats are so tasty... Highly recommend the toasted sandwiches!
