Took over 2 hours for our food to arrive, the food was cold, soggy and not worth the money we spent. Said there was a problem with my number but they were calling me on the number with said problem? Tried calling them multiple but hung up straight away each time. Food wasn’t even worth it, tasted reheated. They responded to my complaint saying that they needed to wait until I called them to get my number but they called me on my phone number so they had my number all along they obviously just needed an excuse. Delivery man said that the previous delivery driver ‘refused to deliver’. Ordered food online and the site kept saying it was awaiting for the restaurant to confirm my order, then it disappeared and stated that order did not exist. I had to call the takeaway over 15 times and was told after that there was no staff in the shop at time to take the call. The order eventually came, and it was the worst chinese food I've ever had. The black pepper beef, the beef tasted gone off and there was absolutely no sauce on it. The filler beef tasted and looked the exact same as the black pepper beef, so I paid extra for that for nothing. The chips were stale or undercooked because they did not taste right. We’ve been ordering from them since we lived locally to them but continued since we moved farther away, which should tell you everything you need to know. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the delivery team are the exact same. We can’t say enough about their dedication to making sure you get what you need when you choose New Century, kudos to them for their service!
