The soup was lacking seasoning. Beef was a bit over chew in some chunks as was gum and not meat. The sandwich was fantastic, the atmosphere was not too noisy for peak hours, and service was worth coming for fast efficiency and well spot on on returned customers and well knowledgeable on the queries as for new to come .

Nice place, good food but the prices are just too high. Still in the norm of these days for coffee & croissant, excessive for things like eggs on toast. And all in all, you are still in a fairly small shopping centre, next door with a butcher.

Great brunch place right in the middle of the swan centre, Rathmines. Service is fast and the food is great. Eggs Benedict are highly recommended. They also do a great cup of coffee as they're name would suggest!

Ignorance! This was my second try, my first experience was a male staff who never even made eye contact. I was standing there with my little boy for ages to be seated but no one cared except some customers kept looking at me and alternatively 3 staff doing nothing behind the till. It wasn't busy at all. I had to just leave unless I should admit that I had a super power so that I could make myself invisible sometimes. Very unpleasant experience and decided not to come again. However I gave it a try again today because I recently bought a house just crossed the road from this cafe and it'd be good if I found a nice spot to come often for coffee. Unfortunately I had an exactly same experience just like the first time. I just sat myself to prevent the situation in my first time and waved my hand to one of the staff, she nodded lightly but kept looking at me with knowing that I was not served! There were around 5 boys who wanted only take away coffee. But there were 3 staff behind the till and why no one cares about the hall? I have no idea why they are not bothered to serve the customer. All take away coffee made, I was still waiting for a menu but still no one even tried to serve. What a horrible customer service! I had to leave again, and I got her name who I showed her that I was trying to have some food or coffee here but decided not to write her name because I don't want to put all blame on one person. This is service management problem! And I can see another customer's review that are just same as mine. Whoever in charge of customer service in The art of coffee branches, You are simply not good enough in your job. It's shocking that this kind of service could still exist. You guys should be ashamed of it. Very...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at " ART OF COFFEE " at Swan Shopping Center , Rathmines ! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends.

The chai latte I ordered was simply outstanding - a perfect blend of spices and sweetness that warmed my soul. Pairing it with their chicken curry sandwich was a match made in heaven. The sandwich was flavorful, with tender chicken and a delectable curry sauce that had just the right amount of kick.

I must also give a special shout-out to the staff, Viktor and Nicole, who went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. Their friendly and attentive service added an extra layer of enjoyment to my time at the shop. It's rare to encounter such genuinely warm and helpful individuals.

Overall, I can't recommend this coffee shop enough. Whether you're a chai latte enthusiast like me or simply looking for a delightful place to relax and savor some scrumptious food, this place is a hidden gem. Thank you, Viktor and Nicole, for making my visit memorable. I'll definitely be...

Awful experiences there twice. You don't get receipts there. Was given the wrong food. I notified and was ignored. Few minutes later staff came over and threw literally my receipt down said that's what you ordered and walked away before I could talk. Said on my way out I was given the wrong food. They said what would you like to do about it? I said I was not that bothered but wanted to point it out. Basically they just turned away and offered absolutely no apology. Could not believe it. A Simple apology even! seems the customer is not right in this cafe. Also witnessed a very elderly disabled man ask for a fork. Waitress walked off. Few minutes later the man had to walk over best be could and get his own fork.

They couldn't care less about customers here. You would absolutely be better off going to the deli counter in the adjacent supermarket. Or anywhere else for that matter. It's very pricey too for a non city centre...
